​What if I haven’t meditated before? 

​No problem at all! Our sessions are designed for everyone, including beginners. We provide clear guidance and support, making you feel comfortable and welcome. You will learn the basics of meditation in a judgment-free environment, and we will be there to help you every step of the way. Many of our participants who are new to meditation find it to be a rewarding experience right from the start! 

 

Do you lie down or sit on a chair? 

​You can choose whichever position feels most comfortable for you!  Many participants prefer to sit in chairs, as this helps with focus and alertness.  We encourage you to find the position that allows you to fully engage in the meditation experience.  Your comfort is our priority! 

 

​How long are your corporate sessions? 

​Our corporate sessions typically last between 45 minutes to 1 hour. This duration allows for a focused and effective meditation experience while fitting easily into your team's schedule.  If you have specific needs or time constraints, we are happy to customise the session length to best suit your workplace! 

 

​Is it beneficial for aged care? 

​Absolutely! Meditation offers numerous benefits for older adults, including reduced anxiety, improved focus, and enhanced emotional well-being.  Our tailored sessions for aged care facilities promote relaxation and mindfulness, helping participants feel more connected and at peace.  Many clients report increased feelings of calm and happiness, making meditation a valuable addition to aged care programs.
